The subject of the order is the purchase of two ambulances of type B and C with equipment for Wprits “Meditrans” SP ZOZ in Warsaw. It has also not been reconditioned before. Where references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Pzp Act are included in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Law of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1565).
