The purpose of this Specification is to define in a summary manner the specifications, requirements, criteria and standards according to which the contracting and execution of the drafting work of the Huarte Municipal Stage Space project and, where appropriate, the construction management of the project must be carried out.

a) The Drafting of the Basic Project and the Execution of the Project for the construction of a scenic space in Huarte. The work includes the drafting of all phases of the project (preliminary project, basic project and executive project)

(b) The Optional Management of the construction works of a stage space in Huarte, should it ever be executed. This contract will be awarded, in accordance with the provisions of art. 234 of the LFCP, only if the Huarte City Council decides to carry out the work according to the project drawn up as a result of this procedure and there is, in addition, adequate credit
