1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste

from properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Szemud during the period from the date of the conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.07.2022 until 31.12.2023.

2. The item of the order was divided into the following 2 Parts:

1) Part of the order No. 1: Receiving and management of municipal waste from the property where residents from the territory of the municipality of Szemud sector 1 live

2) Part of order No. 2: Receiving and development of municipal waste from the property where residents from the territory of the municipality of Szemud sector 2 live.

1) Sector I covers the eastern area of the municipality, i.e. the locality of: Bojano, Koleczkowo, Dobrzewino, Karczemki, Warzno, Kielno, Rębiska together with the collection and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Kielno.

(a) Sector I area — 4692,77 ha, on which there are 3311 property owners. (The owner of the property is also: co-owner, perpetual user and organizational units and persons holding property in management or use, as well as other entities wielding property, as defined by Article 2 (1) point 4 of the Law of 13 September 1996 on maintenance Purity and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021 item 888 as amended). The accepted number of owners is due to declarations submitted by residents according to the date: 31.12.2021r.

2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract specifying the exact scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main components comprising the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No 5a

1) Sector II, includes the area of western communes i.e.: villages Kamień, Kieleńska Huta, Leśno, Kowalewo, Jeleńska Huta, Szemudzka Huta, Szemud, Grabowiec, Przetoczyno, Donimierz, Głazica, Łebieńska Huta, Częstkowo, Łebno, Będargowo, Zęblewo with the reception and landscaping of waste from Point Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Szemud.

(a) Sector II area — 12893.46 h, on which there are 2473 owners of property. (The owner of the property is also: co-owner, perpetual user and organizational units and persons holding property in management or use, as well as other entities wielding property, as defined by Article 2 (1) point 4 of the Law of 13 September 1996 on maintenance Purity and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021 item 888, hereinafter referred to as the Act). The accepted number of owners is due to declarations submitted by residents according to the date: 31-12-2021r.
