The subject of the contract shall be the provision of translation services in language groups A and B for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The scope of the contract includes the provision of services: 1) written translation of ordinary documents submitted by the Contracting Authority, covering the languages of group A and B; 2) the translation of the sworn and authentication of the translation from English and into English; 3) verification by native speaker of ordinary translations for language groups A and B; 4) verification of translation prepared by the Ordering Party — terminological and stylistic-language verification including languages of group A and B; 5) editorial and language correction (proofreading) — control of target text comprising the languages of group A and B. Unit contracts for individual services shall be outsourced by the contracting authority as appropriate and within the dates specified each time for the order concerned by the contracting authority.

Group A: English, French, German, Russian, Spanish. Group B: Albanian, Belarusian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Macedonian, Moldovan, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Italian ski. Settlements will be held at unit rates offered by the contractor. Each unit order (order) will be outsourced, executed and settled separately. Translations will cover issues in the scope of: 1) texts in the field of law and administration — the subject scope of translations will include agreements, instructions, guides, brochurs/informants, content for university websites, technical information, financial, statistical, marketing, writings official, internal legal acts of the Higher School of Justice, including: orders, resolutions, general letters, regulations, statutes and other documents concerning the recruitment and course of studies and the principles of operation of the higher university, 2) specialized texts — subject scope of translations will include texts in the fields of economics, finance, management and quality, policy science and administration, communication and media sciences, modern technologies in education and business, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, culture science, law, history, penitentiariism, relations international and security sciences. These will be scientific publications: articles, monographs, research results, reports, expertise, opinions, translations of normative acts, judicial decisions and textbooks implemented for the purposes of the Higher School of Justice. Estimated order size: ordinary translations from foreign language to Polish for the whole language group A 5,000 pages, ordinary translations from Polish to foreign language for the whole language group A 11,000 pages, ordinary translations in ordinary mode from Polish to foreign language for the entire language group A 11,000 pages, ordinary translations in express mode from foreign language to Polish for the whole language group A 1,500 pages, express translations from Polish to foreign language for the whole language group A 1,200 pages, verification by a native speaker of ordinary translations in ordinary mode for the whole language group A 1,200 pages whole language group A 600 pages, verification by a native speaker of ordinary translations in express mode for the entire language group A 200 pages; plain translation from foreign language to Polish for the entire language group B 1,500 pages, written translations plain language from Polish to foreign language for the whole language group B 2.000 pages, express translation from foreign language to Polish for the whole language group B 500 pages, express translation from Polish to foreign language for the whole language group B 500 pages, verification by a native speaker of ordinary translations for the entire language group B 600 pages; written translations in plain mode from English into Polish 100 pages, sworn translation in express mode from the language English to Polish 100 pages, sworn translations from Polish to English 100 pages, written translations in express mode from Polish to English 100 pages, verification of translation prepared by the Ordering Party in Plain mode (group A, B) 800 pages, editorial and language correction — control of the target text in plain mode (group A, B) 2,300 pages, editorial and language correction — control of target text in express mode (group A, B) 200 pages. The services provided by the contractor in the field of ordinary translation must meet the standards: PN-EN ISO 17100:2015-06 or equivalent standards for the provision of translation services.
