this consultation has been submitted to the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles R2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1°, R 2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code, concluded with a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro (s) (H.T.). The maximum amount defined above will be the same for each renewal period of the Framework Agreement. It is not intended to break down into slices or lots. The Framework Agreement is for an initial maximum period of one year from 1 September 2023 until 31/08/2024. It is expressly renewable 3 times for a period of one year

The objectives of this consultation are:- the extension of a minimum of nineteen (19) video points;- the maintenance in operational condition of the video protection device of the existing and its extension
