The objective of this call for tenders is to optimally meet the need for printing (via the printers and MFPs) and the need for copying and scanning (via the MFPs) of the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal through a European tender for renting and maintaining printers and MFPs and supplying software and supplies according to an open procedure. This tender must lead to a uniform service, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the contracting authority. The aim is to conclude 1 framework agreement for the contracting authority, for a period of four (4) years, with the possibility of an extension of twice 1 year.

Type 1: Black and white printer at least 20 PPM 3

Type 2: Full color printer at least 20 PPM 7

Type 3: Black and white MFP at least 35 PPM 13

Type 4: Full color MFP minimum 35 PPM 22

Type 5: Black and white printer at least 45 PPM 1

Type 6: Black and white MFP at least 65 PPM 1

Type 7: Full color MFP minimum 65 PPM 5
