Surnadal Municipality has decided to plan a new health centre. The new health centre will cover future needs for health services.
Surnadal Municipais is thus looking for external consultant competence for planning the content of and the construction process for the new health centre. Firstly through the preliminary project phase, with an option for further phases until the health centre has been completed.
The preliminary project phase is expected to have up to a two-year duration. The duration of the tender includes all the options being taken up.
The project. must see to the health centre has a workplace, service provider, and building in a uniform and long term perspective.
The project includes the co-location of a nursing home, sheltered accommodation flats, home care services, and other associated health and welfare services, process management and organisation development, as well as clarification on the reuse of the existing buildings instead of new constructions.
A feasibility study has been carried out and a planning construction committee has been established for the project.
Surnadal Municipality is a sustainable municipality, and the construction of the health centre must be based on supereminent plans and strategies.
The process work must be based on the community part of the municipal plan, the housing policy plan, and the health and welfare plan that became valid from 2021.
It is important for us that the external project manager assists us with other tenders as well as public procurements, and thus, is part of obtaining the correct competence and a part until the building has been completed.
We are first looking for a project manager. Then we will hold a tender contest for the external expertise that we require to map needs and to find good future orientated solutions.
The preliminary project phase will result in a solution proposal that shows how the different functions and services can be organised and how the area can be designed. A plan must also be formulated for further progress and milestones in the project.
This is subject to the necessary financing being approved by the municipal council.
The oral and written language must be Norwegian.
