The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation for the task entitled "Construction of multi-family residential development with services on the ground floor, underground garage, land development, necessary technical infrastructure and connection to urban networks, on the area of plot No. 5/5, AM-17, Brochów precinct along with the development of a green square on plots No. 5/1, 5/2, AM-17, Brochów precinct in Wrocław and accompanying works on neighboring road plots".

4.1. The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation for the task entitled "Construction of multi-family residential development with services on the ground floor, underground garage, land development, necessary technical infrastructure and connection to urban networks, on the area of plot No. 5/5, AM-17, Brochów precinct together with the development of a green square on plots No. 5/1, 5/2, AM-17, Brochów precinct in Wrocław and accompanying works on the adjacent road plots'.

4.2. A detailed description of the ordering party's needs and characteristics of the delivery being the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the OPIW – Detailed Description of Needs and Requirements At the same time, it is a document constituting requirements related to the subject of the contract and it will be subject to negotiations. Attachment No. 2.1. Detailed Description of Needs and Requirements – minimum requirements are a non-negotiable element.

4.3. Description of the needs of the ordering party and characteristics of the service being the subject of the contract.
