1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the Real Time PCR apparatus, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment".

2. The description of the item of the order is included in the form “Required parameters” (Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as “FPW”), this form should absolutely be submitted with the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as “FO”).
