By means of this tender, the Contracting Authority intends to contract a suitable contractor for the assignment 'Execution of Youth Assistance Services municipality of Molenlanden'.

In Zuid-Holland Zuid, 10 municipalities, including the municipality of Molenlanden, work together in the field of youth care. This concerns the procurement and contracting of the regional healthcare market, contract management and information provision and account management. This is carried out by a small management organization, the Service Organization Youth Zuid-Holland Zuid (hereinafter referred to as SOJ). For outpatient youth care, the Stichting Jeugdteams Zuid-Holland Zuid (SJT) had been established for all municipalities in this context. For the municipality of Molenlanden, SJT has since implemented youth services as part of the 'Social Team'. Until 2021, the 10 municipalities in Zuid-Holland Zuid subsidized these through the SOJ. As of 2022, all municipalities have proceeded to individual grants.
