SBB AG would like to outsource the transport of value from travel centers and money processing from SBB vending machines and ancillary transactions (value logistics) to a service provider (hereinafter referred to as the provider). The transport of value includes the delivery and delivery of cash (CHF, Reka, Reka Rail, foreign money) from the travel centers to the bank or Postfinance.
Value logistics include the entire handling of money processing from locker systems, parking cash desks, toilet cash desks and cash processing from banknotes in CHF, EUR, Reka, and Reka Rail, as well as coins in CHF and EUR including filling money and tokens.
This call for tenders therefore comprises two different processes:
- Value transports from and to around 142 SBB travel centers, 30 stations of other transport companies, Reka Bern, including relevant reports.
- Value logistics for SBB vending machines and ancillary businesses take place at around 6 locations (4 German-speaking Switzerland, 1 French-speaking Switzerland, 1 Ticino) (including corresponding reports).
