The Immigration Service and others (hereinafter "the Client") is responsible for issuing residence cards and visa stickers in Denmark and must consequently carry out a tender for the production, personalisation and distribution of residence cards, the production and distribution of visa stickers as well as the storage and distribution of laissez-passers. Please refer to section II.2.4 for further details.
The contract also includes an implementation phase, during which the final design is determined, approvals are obtained, the required documents are prepared, etc. as specified in the tender documents.
After the implementation phase, the contracting entity expects to purchase the following number of residence cards and visa stickers per year:
- Opholdskort: 150,000 short
- Visumstickers: 120.000 stickers
The Supplier shall provide all residence cards and visa stickers, which shall be ordered throughout the term of the contract after the implementation phase.
The contracting entity expects annual consumption to fluctuate by +/- 33 percent.
This tender includes production, personalisation and distribution of residence cards, production and distribution of visa stickers as well as storage and distribution of laissez-passer for the Danish Immigration Service, the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The tender will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with one round of negotiations, where the contracting entity expects to pre-qualify three applicants to submit initial tenders.
Upon receipt of initial tenders, the contracting entity shall hold individual negotiation meetings with all tenderers who have submitted an initial tender in good time. It is expected that one negotiation meeting will be held with each bidder. Negotiations shall be conducted in accordance with the principle of equal treatment and all tenderers shall be allocated the same time for negotiations with the contracting entity.
The negotiations will be held physically at Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby and will be conducted in Danish.
