Be a resource and an advisory body for health, environment and safety work and contribute to the managers at all levels in the Norwegian Coastal Administration fulfilling their HSE responsibilities.

The Norwegian Coastal Administration would preferably like assistance with the systematic HSE work in the entity, with the main focus on the development of good and health promoting work places, as well as focus on developing internal HSE competence.

The entity is adhering to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affair's regulations on employers' use of certified company health services, which define what the service shall include.

Stipulated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs 10.9.2009 pursuant to the Act dated 17.6.2005 No 62 on working environment, work hours, job protection etc. (the Working Environment Act) § 3-3 4th and 5th sections.

The following services are not included in the contract:

Services that are not in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affair's regulations on employers' use of certified company health services shall not be included in the contract.
