purchase of technical services and audiovisual services for the event activity of the Convent of the Jacobins

the licensee shall, in particular, in accordance with the terms of the specifications and its technical proposal, set up the necessary equipment and teams to deploy the audiovisual technical services, mainly in the following areas: the Grand Auditorium; the Nef; the Square; the Halle 0 and/or Halle 1; the commission rooms

the licensee shall, in accordance with the terms of the specifications and its technical proposal, set up the necessary equipment and teams to deploy the audiovisual technical services, mainly in the following spaces፦ the Grand Auditorium - the Nef- the Carré- the Halle 0 and/or Hall 1- the Commission rooms.Requirements for technical equipment will complement the audiovisual equipment provided in the main rooms of the Convent of the Jacobins. *As part of this procedure, the contracting authority shall establish a single-contracting framework agreement under Article L2125-1 (1) of the CCP. Pursuant to Articles R2162-2 (2) and R2162-3 of the CCP and the following Articles applicable to such contracts, the purpose of the contract is to establish all the contractual provisions governing the benefits concerned and will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. For services consistent with its purpose but not present in the original documents, it may also be subject to subsequent contracts, the amount of which is included in the maximum amount of the framework agreement. *the framework agreement shall run from 09/10/2021 or, if it occurs after that date, from its notification for a period of 2 years.The framework agreement may be renewed once, for an identical period of 2 years.Renewal shall be considered accepted if no contrary written decision is taken by the contracting authority at least 5 months before the end of the current period.The renewal is either at the calendar due date set out above or at the maximum amount foreseen for the current period. In this case, the renewal shall be considered accepted if no contrary written decision is taken by the contracting authority within one month of reaching the maximum amount or if a new purchase order is sent to the holder. *the turnaround times will be fixed at each order according to the processes explained at the Cctp. *The performance of the services of this contract will be done at the following address:Le Convent des JacobinsCentre des Congrès de Rennes Métropole20 place St Anne35000 Rennes The holder may also be called upon to intervene occasionally, on express request of the buyer, in other buildings or structures in which the latter carries out its activities. In any case, these buildings will be located in the territory of Rennes Metropole
