the licensee shall, in accordance with the terms of the specifications and its technical proposal, set up the necessary equipment and teams to deploy the audiovisual technical services, mainly in the following spaces፦ the Grand Auditorium - the Nef- the Carré- the Halle 0 and/or Hall 1- the Commission rooms.Requirements for technical equipment will complement the audiovisual equipment provided in the main rooms of the Convent of the Jacobins. *As part of this procedure, the contracting authority shall establish a single-contracting framework agreement under Article L2125-1 (1) of the CCP. Pursuant to Articles R2162-2 (2) and R2162-3 of the CCP and the following Articles applicable to such contracts, the purpose of the contract is to establish all the contractual provisions governing the benefits concerned and will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders.
