Description:
Delivery and assembly of 2 water tanks with capacity 120 m3 each.

The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of 2 water tanks with a capacity of 120 m 3 each.

The subject of the order is implemented under the project: Development and renovation of the water management system in the Biłgoraj commune. Task III - Expansion and renovation of the water treatment station in Hedwiżyn

1. The scope of delivery includes

a. construction of two water tanks with an active capacity of 120 m 3 each at the Water Treatment Station (SUW) in Hedwiżyn;

b. manufacturing of technological lines (supply and suction);

c. electrical and teletechnical installations of the water tank together with its inclusion in the existing SUW installation.

The detailed scope of works is determined by construction and executive designs as well as technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works constituting attachments to the ToR.

The construction and executive design covers a wider scope of works than provided for this order, therefore the basis for the performance of the contract are only those project provisions that relate to the supply and installation of water tanks.

If the Employer has described the subject of the contract in the documentation, which is an attachment to the ToR, by indicating the trademarks, patents or origin, source or the entire process that characterizes products or supplies / services provided by a particular Contractor, if this could lead to privileged or eliminated some Contractors or products, unless it is justified by the specifics of the subject of the contract, as well as by means of standards, European technical assessments and technical reference systems, Contractors are obliged to offer materials / devices specified in the documentation or equivalent with parameters of this type, but not worse than indicated . Required criterion period of warranty: from 57 months to 60 months. It is recommended that the Contractors make a local vision of the area in order to become acquainted with and assess the facts, documents and information regarding this procedure. The Contractor is required to indicate in the offer those parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the subcontractors by the Contractor. In the event of failure to indicate the part of the contract which the Contractor intends to entrust to subcontractors and subcontractors' companies, it is assumed that the subject of the contract will be entirely carried out by the Contractor.

If the change or resignation from the subcontractor concerns the entity on whose resources the Contractor relied, on the principles set out in art. 22a paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, in order to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate to the Employer that the proposed other subcontractor or Contractor independently fulfills them to a degree not less than the subcontractor, whose resources the Contractor referred to during the contract award procedure.

Entrusting the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for the proper performance of this contract.

The contracting authority does not provide for advance payments for the performance of the contract. Employment clause in accordance with the ToR:

a) The contracting authority defines the obligation to employ all persons performing activities in the field of the subject of the contract under the employment contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917):

- performance of works covered by the scope of the contract indicated in § 1 of the contract, including physical works and equipment operators, excluding works performed by persons performing independent technical functions in construction within the meaning of the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1202) and persons performing independent functions in the field of geodesy and cartography within the meaning of the Act of 17.5.1989 - Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 725).
