The subject of the tender is the procurement of support for the encryption software "LAN Crypt" from Conpal GmbH and the associated administration for 3000 licenses.

The scope of services consists of the following service components:

- Support for the encryption software "LAN Crypt" from Conpal GmbH and the associated administration for 2500 existing licenses;

- Updates (including license updates for all clients and virtual desktops equipped with file encryption);

- patches;

- automation of administration processes;

- Support for questions and problems during operation and the documentation (adaptation of the operating manual, description of changes with screen dumps and explanatory text);

- maintenance of operations;

- Additional services based on daily flat rates (see Chapter 5.5);

- Procurement of 500 additional LAN Crypt licenses and the resulting support fee.
