Karlskoga's Nobel Hall area is facing change.

Karlskoga Municipality intends to build a new modern bathhouse and at the same time renovate

The Nobel Hall so the residents of Karlskoga can continue their experiences. The new bathhouse should be located

next to the Nobel Hall and the Nobel Stadium where there are opportunities to use excess energy and the like

synergies between the buildings/facilities to reduce operating costs and to enable

cheaper costs for visitors to the facilities.

Both a new bathhouse and a renovation of the Nobel Hall are included in the project and although there are

limitations so are the possibilities of creating a productive project with both

the buildings/facilities. The Nobel Hall will be operational during the hockey season with little

minor works but the bathhouse will be able to be built and planned at the same time as the hall

Renovated.

In addition to the two sub-projects listed, there is a need to carry out a review of:

parking area for visitors to the area

The procurement relates to a turnkey contract with collaboration as a form of cooperation (partnering). The customer has the right, when deciding whether to carry out phase 2, choose whether the contract will continue as a turnkey contract with collaboration as a form of cooperation (partnering) or whether phase 2 will be carried out as a turnkey contract at a fixed price with / without indexation.
