This consultation concerns a project management mission for the implementation of a program located rue Bouthier in BORDEAUX which will consist of:

Either:

- 34 housing units on behalf of AXANIS only on the plots of Bordeaux Métropole

or

of 72 dwellings distributed as follows:

- 58% of housing on behalf of AXANIS on the land of Bordeaux Métropole

- 42% housing on behalf of LP PROMOTION on private land

Lot 01: Project would be registered on all the plots mentioned above (private and property of Bordeaux metropolis). This projection would allow us to realize about 72 housing units in co-ownership, distributed as follows:

- 58% of housing, in social accession on behalf of Axanis

- 42% of housing, in free access on behalf of LP promotion

Lot 02: construction of about 34 housing units only on Bordeaux Métropole land. This contract will depend on whether or not the conditional tranche of lot 01 is strengthened. Indeed, if there is a consolidation, lot 2 will not need to be.
