The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as of late. — “Law on Forests”) to be carried out in the area of Rosansk Forest District in 2022 in Forestry Peasant and Capital. The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unlimited tender pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - “PZP”) and the implementing acts of the PZP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as of late. — “Law on Forests”) to be executed in the territory of the Rosansk Forest Forest District in 2022 in forestry: Peasant and Capital. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
