This Assignment is intended to provide the desired effective and efficient services for taxonomy development, management of developed and existing taxonomies and making XBRL experts available at the request of Client. The services provided must be performed by the Counterparty under market conditions, whereby the Principal requires the Counterparty to continuously and proactively contribute to the realization of the Principal's ambitions.

Scope of the assignment

The exact scope of the Assignment can be found in Appendix 1B 'Service description'. Not only does it describe which services must be provided by the ultimate Counterparty, it also states the manner of cooperation that the Client expects.

In short, the scope of the Assignment is the following:

• Developing and managing taxonomies;

• Making experts available in the field of the requested services;

• Ad hoc projects related to the requested services.
