To cover the demand for electrical energy for SLP and RLM acceptance points, the district of Erding needs a new electricity supply contract for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024. The present procedure serves to determine this contractor.

The lot comprises a total of 74 delivery points with approx. 5 GWh of electricity per year, divided into

• 65 non-performance-measured delivery points with approx. 3.3 GWh and

• 10 performance-measured with approx. 1.7 GWh delivery points.

The lot comprises a total of 11 delivery points with approx. 0.7 GWh of electricity per year, divided into

• 9 non-performance-measured delivery points with approx. 123,000 kWh and
