GIEK wants to enter into a framework agreement that will include the following elements:

— consulting services related to ICT infrastructure,

— purchase of IT infrastructure components, including software, hardware and network components,

— relevant IT infrastructure services, including remote backup and disaster solutions.

The procurement also includes an agreement on support and maintenance services, including response time agreements for existing infrastructure, with the possibility of adopting new infrastructure components info the agreement.
