As part of the BZU23 programme, SBB is obliged to convert its stations to make them barrier-free. The projects include station entrances from public land, underpasses and overpasses, platform entrances and platforms. In addition, if necessary. to adapt and renew other existing parts of the stations in the course of the conversion.
In the Central region, a total of 12 stations are affected as part of the so-called "Package 3", which are to be rebuilt between 2028 and 2032. For the planning process, SBB has formed two geographical lots, each with 6 projects, for each of which a general planner will be commissioned for phases 21 to 53, who will provide an overall manager and specialist service coordinator as well as the necessary specialist planners (see tender documents) for each station.
All projects are to be planned using the BIM method from the preliminary project phase onwards.
Tenders must be submitted separately for each lot.
