- 135 dwellings (Building B = 72 and Building C = 63).

Basement cellars, outdoor parking spaces, heating substation premises, ERILIA reception office at 6 Mont Blanc, LCR association premises, 7 elevators.

Estimated overall time for completion of the work: 17 months.

Estimated cost of the works: 4,590,000.00 EUR excl.

Estimated start date of works: May 2021.

The operation is integrated into a QPV district and is part of an NPRU project.

The project will be the subject of an insertion by the economy (ANRU).

Label targeted: BBC renovation and NF Habitat renovation.
