this consultation concerns the renovation operation of the State Administrative City of Brest. The current city of Brest, located at 3 Square Marc Sangnier, occupies part of the building bordering the square. The Other part is occupied by a former Marine Commissariat (5 square Marc Sangnier), which as part of the project, will be integrated into the administrative city. The objective of the operation is to optimize and densify the occupation of the administrative city by hosting services currently dispersed in the Brest agglomeration, to improve the energy performance of the building as well as the quality of use for agents and the quality of public service. The content of the project is detailed in the program. The work will be carried out primarily on an unoccupied site. The duration of the contract is 54 months.
