The Contracting Authorities require additional human resources for the public procurement area. The assistance shall cover all the requirements the contracting authorities have for this area, but will mainly include the following assignments:

— Implementation of public procurements up until contract signing, including project management and negotiation management;

— Evaluation of procurement processes;

— Consultancy for contract management;

— Quality assurance of processes and documents.
