1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of a WiFi wireless network system for the construction of a system of intelligent campus services - devices within the "Smart Spaces" service in connection with the implementation of the Pionier-Lab Project - National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems, Smart Campus as a Smart City Laboratory.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts:
1) delivery of wireless WiFi access points with a controller for their management
2) supply of Ethernet switches for operating wireless WiFi access points.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 3a-3b to the SWZ.
Delivery of wireless WiFi access points with a controller for their management1.. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of wireless WiFi access points with a controller for their management, i.e.
- wireless WiFi access point for indoor use, hereinafter referred to as AP type 1 in the number of 100 pieces
- wireless WiFi access point for outdoor use, hereinafter referred to as AP type 2 in the number of 10 pieces
- a controller for managing wireless WiFi access points, hereinafter referred to as a WLAN controller

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 3a to the SWZ.
Supply of Ethernet switches for wireless WiFi network points1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of Ethernet switches for operating wireless WiFi access points, i.e.
- Ethernet switch type 1 in the number of 6 pieces
- Ethernet switch type 2 in the number of 6 pieces
- Ethernet switch type 3 in the number of 3 pieces.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 3b to the SWZ.
