The main purpose of the consultation is to acquire a tribometer and additional modules for the Civil Aviation Technical Service as part of its research and the development of its expertise in adhesion and wear of aeronautical pavements. It also includes services relating to the commissioning and maintenance of the aircraft.

The Framework Agreement is composed of 6 services detailed in the CCTP:- p1 "supply of a modular tribometer"- p2 "supply of additional modules/sensors"- p3 "warranty extension/maintenance" - p4 "preventive maintenance" - p5 "travel for corrective maintenance" - p6 "consumables"
