The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and development of municipal waste (non-segregated and segregated) from inhabited and non-inhabited properties, on which municipal waste is created in the territory of the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska municipality, as well as the establishment and operation point of selective collection of municipal waste. The scope of the object of the order shall include,

(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabited properties on which municipal repositories are created;

(b) equipping residents with bags for selective waste collection;

(c) the preparation and delivery of schedules for the collection of municipal waste;

(d) the implementation of reporting;

(e) for the duration of the order to arrange the maintenance office for the municipal waste management system;

(f) the generation and distribution of barcodes among property owners. A detailed description of the object of the contract and the conditions for its implementation shall be set out in Annex 1 to the

1. The Contractor is obliged to provide the service in question within the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska municipality covering the area in accordance with Annex 2 to the contract.

2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste (non-segregated and segregated) from inhabited and non-inhabited properties on which municipal waste arises and:

2.1. Equipment of residents with bags for selective collection of waste with a capacity of 120 litres, for the first time and for their successive delivery for replacement after each time collection from the property. The amount of bags delivered should be so selected to the property in question as to ensure that all the segregated waste arising on it is collected. A system of three coloured bags or containers will be used for the collection of segregated waste:

1) blue — paper and cardboard;

2) green — glass;

3) yellow — plastics, metals and multi-aerial packaging.

The quantity, size of containers is to be suitable for the amount of waste generated.

2.2. Preparation and delivery of waste export schedules to residents:

(a) the preparation of a separate timetable for the collection of waste from cooperatives, housing communities, in accordance with the applicable regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska municipality;

(b) the preparation of a separate timetable for the collection of waste from inhabited and uninhabited areas, in accordance with the applicable regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the municipality of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.

2.3. Preparation and delivery of materials (leaflets) promoting the segregation of waste related to municipal waste management system (number of buildings as of March 18, 2021 — 5,762) during the course of the contract.

2.4. Reporting — monthly reports, annual report — compatible and compatible with functioning software.

2.5. Transmission of weight reports — weekly (e.g. electronically), which will allow the system to be updated by the Ordering Party.

2.6. Setting the cameras on the cars to see the scan of the issued bags/containers by the contractor's employees. Setting the camera on PSZOK to read the waste by weight, telling users that the site is being monitored. The records shall be transferred to the Ordering Party (for each billing month as an attachment to the service execution protocol) on a storage medium, e.g. CD, flash drive.

2.7. The provision of communal waste collection service, which is properly glued with barcodes.

2.8. Receipt from entrepreneurs carried out economic activities on the territory of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipal Receipt of municipal waste. Confirmations shall be in paper form, taking into account the name of the trader or address of the building, the type of waste received, the quantity, date and signatures of the Contractor's employee and the entity from which the waste was collected.

2.9. Carrying out educational actions for children and students in kindergartens, schools in the area of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipality, at one time in each institution, about 1 clock hour. Number of establishments: 10. Action does not include secondary schools.
