In April 2019, the city council decided to move the korfball club to the location of the Erica Terpstrahal. The total development area, where there is room for an apartment complex and a park, is located at van Pallandtlaan 4 in Wezep and has a total area of approximately 10,740 m2. This has freed up the current location of the korfball club and there is room for redevelopment of this location. The municipality of Oldebroek is specifically looking for a party that wishes to buy the land in question and is developing the apartment building at this location for the right target group.
