The services to be provided include Lph. 8 and local construction supervision (öBÜ) for the object planning of civil engineering structures, object planning of traffic facilities and specialist planning of structural design as well as special services for the partial demolition and replacement of the bridge BW 2 out of town north of the location Wasserkretscham at the junction S 111/S 112.

A)

Object planning of civil engineering structures (OP IngBW): complete construction management (BOL, Lph. 8) and complete property management (Lph. 9) with local construction supervision (öBÜ) and safety and health protection coordination (SiGeKo) according to Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV); Performance profile according to HOAI § 43 in conjunction with (iVm) HOAI Anlage (Anl) 12.1 as well as the Technical Contract Conditions (TVB)-Ingenieurbauwerke in the current version as well as the service description in the procurement documents (VU).

Object planning of traffic facilities (OP VA): complete BOL (Lph. 8) and complete property management (Lph. 9) with öBÜ and SiGeKo according to BaustellV; Performance profile according to HOAI § 47 in conjunction with HOAI Anl 13.1 as well as the TVB traffic facilities in the current version as well as the service description in the VU.

The scope of the services to be provided includes further special services (BL).

The service is to be provided in German.

B) The bridge BW 2 is to be repaired in the course of the S 112 over the "Löbauer Wasser" (partial demolition/replacement construction). Furthermore, the S 112 is to be upgraded to a length of 136 m, optimised in terms of road widths and curve curves and connected to the existing junction S 112/S 111. As part of the measure, a cycle path is to be run over the structure. Further information according to the service description of the VU.

C) Performance period: expected from 07/2023.
