Froland Municipality has decided to construct a new nursing home with 60 places located in Nesbakken.

This procurement concerns contracting a contractor for the interaction phase, with transition to a turnkey contract for the new nursing home.

The project will be executed as an interaction contract, divided into two phases - a project development phase (phases 0 and 1) and an interaction phase (implementation, phase 2).

The contracting authority would like interaction in the early phase with users/the engineering design group and the contractor to develop the project with good and cost-efficient solutions. After this the plan is to sign a turnkey contract with a fixed price for the implementation phase. An incentive agreement will not be used.

The contracting authority has engaged the engineering design group, including the architect, which the interaction contractor must use and cooperate with in phases 0 and 1.
