Project management contract within the meaning of Articles L. 2431-2 of the Public Order Code for the restoration following the July 2022 disaster on the eastern part of the building of the Residence for the Elderly and Communal Spaces Saint-Martin in Haguenau.

This project will require, among other things, the development of additional diagnoses and surveys, all technical studies, the constitution of a building permit file, all these files being constitutive of the working basis for the realization of the project.

The estimated cost of the works estimated by the contracting authority is around 3.3 meuro (excluding tax).
