The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature protection, ecological education, maintenance of forest facilities, nursery and seed production, as well as works related to the current development and operation of OHZ to be carried out in the Kolumna Forest District in 2023.
Package I – forestry: Tuszyn and Szczukwin.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature conservation, ecological education, maintenance of forest facilities, mechanical shredding of log residues, to be carried out in the area of Forestry: Tuszyn and Szczukwin in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package II – forestry: Rydzyny and Dąbrowa;The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature conservation, environmental education, maintenance of forest facilities, planned
to be performed in the area of Forestry: Rydzyna and Dąbrowa in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package III – forestry: Dłutów and Mogilno as well as the Game Breeding Center in Rydzyny, and the Drzewociny Forest Nursery.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature conservation, environmental education, maintenance of forest facilities, nursery and seed production, as well as works related to the current development and operation of OHZ planned to be carried out in the area of Forestry: Mogilno and Dłutów, as well as in the Forest Nursery "Drzewociny" and in the area of
Animal Breeding Centre "Lasy Rydzyńskie" in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package IV – forestry: Poleszyn and Kopyść.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as in the field of tourism, nature conservation, environmental education, maintenance of forest facilities, planned
to be performed in the area of Forestry: Poleszyn and Kopyść in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package V – forestry: Teodory, Sędziejowice and Luciejów.The subject of the contract are forest management services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – the "Forest Act") covering works
in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature conservation, environmental education, maintenance of forest facilities, planned to be carried out on
the area of Forestry: Teodory, Sędziejowice and Luciejów in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package VI – forestry: Piaski, Andrzejów and Dębowiec.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and in the field of tourism, nature protection, ecological education, maintenance of forest facilities, planned to be carried out in the area of Forestry: Piaski, Andrzejów and Dębowiec in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package VII – Forestry: Specialised soil preparation and shredding of log residuesThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
including the execution in 2023 of specialized soil preparation for renewal and afforestation (using various techniques), as well as the execution of grinding of log residues on forest areas.
The works will be carried out in all forests. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include the total quantities of the above-mentioned works resulting from the annexes to the SWZ.
Package VIII – forestry: Harvesting and skidding wood in machine technology in Sędziejowice and Luciejów forests.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests")
including works in the field of harvesting and skidding wood in machine technology planned to be carried out in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract will include total quantities of wood up to
machine harvesting and harvesting with their location, resulting from the annexes to the SWZ. Harvesting and harvesting of wood in machine technology will be carried out in the Sędziejowice and Luciejów forestry.
