Statped will establish new architecture and systems for processing data and statistics, as well as develop reports in Power BI. We have a framework agreement for the systems, so the procurement of licences will not be included in the assignment. Statped needs competence and assistance in using change data capture and SSIS within an existing secure zone, before data is moved to Azure Data Factory. Analysis service will be used, and reports must be developed in Power BI. The assignment involves assisting Statped with the necessary competence and work in order to carry out the project by using the systems for our data, as well as some external data, and cooperating closely with Statped's internal project resources. The needs that must be covered in the assignment include: Reports to the Ministry of Education and Research, internal reports and management information on our service portfolio, progress in cases, etc., and an analysis basis on how our services are split between municipalities and counties nationwide, and how we ought to develop our services.
