The framework agreement includes the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a centralised camera surveillance system for the schools in Oslo. The central server is located in the contracting authority's computer centre, and the schools are connected to a technical network.

In addition the framework agreement includes services that are associated with camera surveillance, such as an alarm centre and security guard services.

Assignments under the framework agreement can also include engineering design services for camera surveillance in projects (new buildings, extensions, renovations, etc.).

The delivery of an alarm centre with security guard services for handling events and surveillance, combined with alarm sensors, access control, etc., can be included in the framework agreement. This will be clarified if the need arises in the contract period.

The framework agreement period will be 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option to extend the framework agreement for 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year. The total maximum framework agreement period is, thus 6 years.

The contracting authority currently has centralised camera surveillance for 27 schools and multi-purpose halls with approx. 270 cameras in operation. Several schools are in queue for camera surveillance.

The delivery of an alarm centre with security guard services for handling events and surveillance, combined with alarm sensors, access control, etc., can be included in the framework agreement. This will be clarified if the need arises in the contract period.

Deliveries will be based on orders from Oslo Municipality when there is a need for surveillance at the schools in Oslo.

The framework agreement period will be 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option to extend the framework agreement for 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year. The total maximum framework agreement period is, thus 6 years.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. As the framework agreement involves both installation work at the schools and handling the surveillance data, etc., the chosen tenderer must have broad competence to fulfil the deliveries.
