The services relate to the purchase of work clothes, work clothes, work shoes and Individualized Protective Equipment (PPE) as described in the Special Clauses Book (CCP) and the Unit Price Schedule (BPU).

The framework agreement is made within the framework of the purchasing grouping of orders between Troyes Champagne Métropole, the CMAS of Troyes and the city of Troyes, for which the city of Troyes coordinates on behalf of all the members. Each member of the group ensures the proper execution of the framework agreement for the part which concerns him, in application of the provisions of articles L. 2113-7 and L. 2113-8 of the public order code.

The consultation will give rise to a single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms, in application of article R. 2162-4.3 o of the public order code concluded without a minimum or maximum amount.
