It is planned to carry out several partial renovation sections in Building B.
The first partial renovation includes the construction of a roof control center with the installation of new dry coolers, the restructuring of the floor plans with practical laboratories on 2.5 floors (level 2, level 3 and partly level 7), as well as the extensive replacement of the external sun protection.
The usable space to be restructured amounts to a total of approx. 1,340 m over 2.5 storeys
The roof area is approx. 1 360 m
The renovation must be carried out during operation, so the permanent presence of a site manager is essential.
The total construction costs are estimated at approx. EUR 4,480,000 gross. Of this, gross gross engineering costs are EUR 2 290 000.
