The assignment concerns the provision, management, maintenance and where necessary realization of suitable data connections that enable data traffic between the locations with sufficient capacity and maximum availability and where the Contracting Service is relieved. The contracting authority is looking for a Tenderer who can get the best out of the market.

The Contractor must realize the project objectives of the Contracting Authority as much as possible. The objective of this functional request is to contract 1 contractor who provides the client with data connections. The ultimate goal is: "Maximum customer satisfaction, flexibility and efficiency at the lowest possible costs."
