The subject of this award procedure is accident repair services for the 605 tram car. The vehicle 605 (manufacturer Bombardier Transportation, series 8ENGTW) had an accident with a truck on 03.07.2023. The vehicle was hit by the truck in the direction of travel on the left at the level of the driver's platform. Due to the force of the impact, the vehicle was lifted off the track and the connection between the A-part bogie and the car body was destroyed. This allowed the car body to move further to the right via the powered bogie. The A-part bogie derailed with both axles. The tram car must be picked up from the KVG depot by 08.12.2023.

In particular, the following work must be carried out:

- Transport of the vehicle from the KVG depot to the contractor's repair site

- Eingangsbefundung

- Incoming measurement of the car body (protocol)

- Creation of a repair plan with timeline

- Dismantling of defective components and add-on parts

- Untying the bogies

- Diagnosis of the bogies

- Repair of defective bogies, in particular drive bogie 624

- Material tests on the affected car body parts

- Straightening of the car body and possibly welding in of new components and repair of the further affected car body parts (preparation of welding plan, welding protocols, material tests of the relevant weld seams with protocol)

- Measurement of the car body after repair (protocol)

- Integration of the repaired bogies

- Static commissioning of at least the 24V on-board electrical system / consultation with the client required

- Workshop acceptance at the contractor's repair site with list of defects (protocol)

- Transport of the vehicle by the contractor to the Wilhelmshöhe depot, Kassel

- Support for dynamic commissioning in Kassel / possible rework / final acceptance
