The Limmattalbahn will open up and connect optimally as a fast fine distributor with a total of 27 stops on the 13.4 km long route Altstetten as well as the municipalities Schlieren, Urdorf, Dietikon, Spreitenbach and Killwangen. The Limmat Valley Railway is being built in 2 stages.
In the present submission procedure, the contractors are determined for the definitive marking of the civil engineering section 4 to 7 of the 2nd stage of the Limmattalbahn. The tender of the mark will be divided into 2 lots to be awarded separately. The first lot "M lot 4/5" comprises civil engineering lots 4 and 5 (in the canton of Zurich and in the ASTRA perimeter). The second lot "M Lot 6/7" comprises civil engineering lots 6 and 7 (in the cantons of Zurich and Aargau). Marking takes place after installation of the deck covering in accordance with the standards of the canton of Zurich (lots 4-6) and the canton of Aargau (lot 7) and is carried out step by step.
The M lot 4/5 includes the Tiefbaulose 4 and 5 and the ASTRA perimeter. It starts at about km 3.75 after the turning loop Geissweid, includes the community Urdorf and the center of Dietikon until the Reppischbrücke and ends at about km 8.46.
The M lot 6/7 includes the civil engineering 6 and 7 and the depot. It starts at about km 8.46 at the Reppischbrücke, includes the bunker and the Mutschellenknoten and ends at the train station Killwangen-Spreitenbach at about km 13:46.
