1. The object of the order is a service consisting of:

• collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited, uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated and from summer houses in the Kisielice Commune,

• collection of waste collected at the municipal selective collection point for municipal waste,

• equipping the above-mentioned point of selective municipal waste collection (PSZOK) with containers for segregated municipal waste,

• collection of waste from public street bins and organization of information campaigns from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes A and B to the SWZ.

1. Collection from waste reception points (MOO) and delivery of collected waste to a municipal installation, according to the following groups:

1.1. in single-family and summer houses:

(a) metal and plastic waste, in a separate container or bag;

(b) paper, in a separate container or bag;

c) glass – in a separate container or bag;

(d) bio-waste, in a separate container or bag;

e) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – in a separate container;

f) ash - in a separate container or bag;

1.2. in multi-family housing:

(a) metal and plastic waste, in a separate container;

(b) paper, in a separate container;

c) glass – in a separate container;

(d) bio-waste, in a separate container;

e) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – in a separate container;

f) ash - in a separate container

1.3. On properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated:

(a) metal and plastic waste, in a separate container;

(b) paper, in a separate container;

c) glass – in a separate container;

(d) bio-waste, in a separate container;

e) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – in a separate container

f) ash - in a separate container or bag.

2. Receipt of waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste

and organizing the collection of bulky and electrical waste from household MOO

and electronic, and emptying public bins.

2.1 Waste from PSZOK will be collected according to the following groups:

(a) hazardous waste,

b) expired drugs and chemicals,

(c) waste not eligible as household medical waste resulting from the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,

d) waste batteries and accumulators,

(e) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

f) furniture and other bulky waste,

(g) used tyres,

(h) construction and demolition waste,

(i) waste textiles and clothing.
