The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (OJ 2021.716 i.e.) hereinafter referred to as the supply of active electricity, in the forecast total quantity over the period of the contract of approximately 20,2GWh for the following parties agreements:

— the city and municipality of Wiskitki — acting as a leader of the purchasing group in the proceedings, and

— Municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki,

— Łochów Municipality,

— city of Hungarians,

— Gmina Zaręby Kościelne,

— Mszczonów Municipality,

— Municipality of Baranów,

— the city of Sokołów Podlaski,

— Liw Municipality,

— Kampinos Municipality,

is a municipality of Nowa Sucha.

A detailed description of the object of the order ('OPZ'), as set out in Annex 8 to SWZ, contains a list of PPE (Annexes 8.1 to 8.8 in Catalogue of Annex 8 to SWZ) that is the energy consumption points which will be handled under the order.
