It is a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders awarded in the form of a contract with a formalized procedure pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1° and L2124-1, and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.

The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years from 29 January 2024. By way of derogation from Article 3.1.2 of the CCAGS FCS, the notification is deemed to have been made on the date of dispatch of the documents on the buyer profile.

This contract has been concluded for the grouping of orders formed between the City of Beaune, the CCAS of Beaune, the municipalities of Combertault, Chorey-Les-Beaune and the Communauté d'agglomération BEAUNE Côte et Sud (Cabcs), coordinator of the consortium

The contract is concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 200,000 euro excluding tax for the duration of the contract.
