Measure-related building description:

The housing and renovation company of the city of Rosenheim GRWS will

on Miesbacher Straße/Happinger Straße in Rosenheim in the new residential district 'An der Kaltenmühle' 6 apartment buildings with barrier-free rental apartments and

set up two underground car parks.

In the urban mixed area MU 4, 5 apartment buildings are grouped around one

Inner courtyard under which the shared underground car park is located; MU 5 with house 1 is at an angle

opposite on the other side of the development street with its own underground car park.

The apartments in houses 4 and 2, which are heavily polluted by traffic noise, are

with arcades. There are 2- and 3-room apartments

All lounges are oriented towards the noise-remote side, towards the green inner courtyard.

House 6, 8, 10 are organized as pairs and three-in-hand and are
