The procurement includes ongoing orders and deliveries within a wide range of IT products via the supplier's webshop. The procurement also includes a number of related services defined in the single procurement documents.

During the contract period, the procured supplier will work in cooperation with the customer on issues related to product procurement, delivery, sustainability and warranty and support matters. The supplier must also assist the customer in the event of a call-off with the aim of helping him to find the right solution for the current need.

The delivery is characterized by high quality and a well-functioning agreement with good opportunities to follow up and control the supplier's performance. This will lead to an increase in the quality of delivered products within the contract area.

The estimated call-off volume is estimated to be approximately SEK 5 million per year during the contract period.
