Details of the construction project

- General description:

The property of the Federal President's Office, with the Bellevue Palace built in 1786, the administration building with the main guard erected in 1998 and the listed park complex restored in 2001, is to undergo fundamental renovation and upgrading.

Bellevue Palace is an architectural monument. The park is a registered garden monument and will continue to be maintained by the nursery of the Federal President's Office during construction. The administration building is subject to copyright protection by the architectural office Gruber + Kleine-Kraneburg.

The aim is to adapt the properties of the property to today's requirements and to optimize them structurally through a holistic, modern and energetically sustainable overall concept.

The overall construction project is divided into 4 sub-construction projects and constructed at the same time:

- Sub-construction measure A: technical renovation and extension of the administration building (SPA);

- Sub-construction measure B: spatial expansion / replacement of the guard and control building with underground delivery / access and underground technology center (WAT);

- Partial building measure C: complete renovation and functional redesign of Bellevue Palace (SSB) (architectural monument);

- Sub-construction measure D: Outdoor facilities, renovation / renewal of the technical facilities (waste water, drinking water / lighting / safety concept) (SGL), renewal / adaptation of the surface properties of the paths.

The scope of engineering services for energy consulting comprises the performance levels 1: ES / EW construction, 2: execution planning, 3: contract award, 4: property supervision, 5: property support as well as special services as a step contract for the upgrading of the construction of the construction measures of the Federal President's Office with the partial construction measures A to D.

- Start / end of service provision: end of 2020 to approx. Mid 2029

A gradual award of the services is planned. However, there is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
