The subject of the contract is: Performing the function of "Contract Engineer" as part of the investment: "Construction of a provincial road serving the Special Economic Zone Euro-Park Mielec and the Mielec airport"

This contract is related to an investment that is planned for co-financing from the programme: Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Programme

Contractors are obliged to keep track of modifications of the above-mentioned proceedings.

As part of the service, the Contractor manages, performs control and investor supervision, and also cooperates with the Ordering Party's services in the field of reporting. Within the scope of this contract, the Contractor is to ensure the smooth implementation of the Contract

in the scope of preparation, design and implementation of construction works, efficient and timely receipt of documents and works as well as proper future functioning and service of works by the Ordering Party.

The contract for construction works will be executed in accordance with the CONTRACT CONDITIONS FOR EQUIPMENT AND DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FOR ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS DESIGNED BY THE CONTRACTOR (according to the General Conditions, fourth English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 – translation of the first edition of 1999, also containing guidelines for the preparation of Special Conditions).

The contractor is obliged to have inspectors of industry supervision (m.in road, bridge, sanitary, electrical, teletechnical, nature) in accordance with the statement contained in the offer form.

A detailed description and method of order execution is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting an Annex to the SWZ.

The execution of the object of the order must be in accordance with the offer and the SWZ, in particular:
