The subject of the contract is the provision of a service by the Contractor to the Company of Komunal Services in Lipnie Sp. z o.o., a service consisting in collecting and transporting municipal waste from natural and legal persons from the site specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Annex to the SWZ also sets out detailed information on the type of containers from which waste collection will take place and requirements concerning the equipment held by the Contractor and other necessary to comply with the requirements.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Enterprise of UServices Komunal w Lipnie Sp. z o.o., a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from natural and legal persons from the site specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Annex to the SWZ also sets out detailed information on the type of containers from which waste collection will take place and requirements concerning the equipment held by the Contractor and other necessary to comply with the requirements.

1.1 The detailed scope of the order includes:

1. Conscientious and timely execution of the scope of the contract specified in the Annex to the SIWZ

2. Requirements placed on the Contractor:

- Due diligence is required in the fulfillment of the obligations of the contract;

- The arrangements and decisions concerning the execution of the contract shall be agreed by the Contracting Authority with the established representative of the Contractor;

- The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any damage caused by the Contractor during the execution of the object of the contract

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the execution of part of the contract to subcontractors, provided that the Contractor indicates the part of the order which they will perform in the offer.
