The subject of the contract is "Execution of heat sources in the Municipality of Rumia with options and in the Municipality of Szemud, divided into two parts:
Part 1 "Design, purchase, installation and commissioning of a heat pump system with a lower source with a heat output of 120 kW to power central heating and hot water installations for Primary School No. 7 in Rumia with options".

Part 2 "Design, delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in 3 buildings

2. The scope of work of the basic contract includes, among others:
a) design, purchase, installation and commissioning of a heat pump system with a lower source with a thermal power of 120 kW to power central heating and hot water installations for Primary School No. 7 in Rumia.
3. The scope of work covered by the "Option" includes, among others:
• Option 1 Kindergarten near Poplar – purchase, installation and commissioning of air/water heat pumps with a heat output of 55 kW along with modification of the central heating and hot water heating system.
• Option 2 Primary School No. 7 in Rumia - purchase, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic panels with an inverter with a capacity of 28 kWp.
• Option 3
− Part 1 - MOSIR pool - purchase, installation and commissioning of air/water heat pumps with a heat output of 70 kW,
− Part 2 - MOSIR pool - dismantling of one solar panel, modification of DHW heating and pool water,
− Part 3 - MOSIR pool - purchase, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic panels with an inverter with a capacity of 35 kWp.
• Option 4 MOSIR pool – purchase and installation of an electricity storage with a capacity of 30 kW and a capacity of 120 kWh.
